Previously she held roles at companies such as IMG Fashion and Net-A-PORTER managing Marketing & PR. She has also spent time guest lecturing at Parsons, The New School, Condé Nast College and Il Sole 24Ore's Business School. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Masters from SDA Bocconi's School of Management.

Zofia Zwieglinska is the international fashion reporter at Glossy, a U.S beauty & fashion business publication. Her work is focused on covering fashion business news in Europe and beyond as well as innovation and sustainability. She has previously written for The Times, ELLE UK and WWD.

Dr. Maryam Zamani

Founder

Dr. Maryam Zamani is a London-based Oculoplastic Surgeon and Aesthetic Doctor with 20 years of international experience. Known for her meticulous technique and artistic eye, she founded MZ SKIN to merge high-performance skincare with luxury. Her King’s Road clinic, opened in 2021, is a leading destination for rejuvenation and home to the MZ SKIN headquarters, where she remains closely involved in innovation and patient care.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and medical training at George Washington University, becoming a board-certified Ophthalmologist and faculty member. She later specialised in Oculoplastics at Imperial College and Chelsea Westminster, with dermatology training at Cardiff University.

Anna Marcovici

GM EMEA

Anna Marcovici is the EMEA at Westman Atelier, bringing a wealth of experience, with a robust skill set across Cosmetics, Fragrance, Beauty, Skin Care, Luxury Goods and more. Anna’s expertise has been built in previous roles at Manifesto Nutrition Ltd, Impact Beauty Group, FaceGym and Shiseido Group EMEA.
