Tatiana Ferreira
Chief Customer Officer
Tatiana Ferreira, Launchmetrics' Chief Customer Officer, joined the company in 2011 as Client Relations Manager handling customer success in the US before going on to manage the team as Director of Client Relations. Additionally, she has served as the company's Chief Experience Officer where she founded the Launchmetrics Academy to provide training and development to all employees. Tatiana holds a degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Loyola University, Maryland.

With 20 years of experience with high-level luxury brands, she is an expert in PR and brand management. Novella moved from Milan to the US in 2015 to lead Negri Firman’s New York office, managing clients across fashion, design, beauty, and lifestyle. She previously spent six years at Trussardi, overseeing communications, working with the Trussardi family and Creative Directors Milan Vukmirovic and Umit Benan. Her background also includes Marketing and Communications roles at Prada, Pirelli Pzero, and Ralph Lauren.
